Le ski est une activit\u00e9 physique intense qui requiert une alimentation adapt\u00e9e. L\u2019effort sportif combin\u00e9 aux temp\u00e9ratures fraiches va augmenter votre d\u00e9pense \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Il est donc imp\u00e9ratif de prendre des repas adapt\u00e9s pour \u00e9viter les blessures et pouvoir jouir pleinement de votre s\u00e9jour. locked=&#8221;off&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Le matin : un petit d\u00e9jeuner complet<\/h2>\n<p>Si vous n\u2019\u00eates pas tr\u00e8s petit d\u00e9jeuner en temps normal, mieux vaut tout de m\u00eame manger quelque chose avant de vous \u00e9lancer dans une activit\u00e9 physique intense.<\/p>\n<p>Pour un petit d\u00e9jeuner complet, il vous faut 4 composantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Des glucides complexes<\/strong> pour vous apporter de l\u2019\u00e9nergie tout au long de la matin\u00e9e, \u00e9viter les hypoglyc\u00e9mies et assurer un apport suffisant en glycog\u00e8ne, carburant du muscle. Pour cela, vous pouvez prendre des <strong>c\u00e9r\u00e9ales<\/strong> (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence compl\u00e8tes), <strong>du pain complet<\/strong> ou <strong>des biscuits \u00e0 la farine compl\u00e8te<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Un fruit<\/strong> : il peut \u00eatre entier ou consomm\u00e9 sous forme de jus, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence fra\u00eechement press\u00e9 pour en pr\u00e9server toutes les valeurs nutritionnelles. Privil\u00e9giez-les de saison pour un maximum de bienfaits : <strong>oranges, cl\u00e9mentines, kiwis<\/strong> sont des bombes de <strong>vitamine C<\/strong>, un alli\u00e9 parfait pour <strong>\u00e9viter les rhumes et autres angines<\/strong> susceptibles de se d\u00e9velopper dans des climats froids<\/li>\n<li><strong>Une source de prot\u00e9ines<\/strong> : pour les becs sucr\u00e9s, <strong>un yaourt<\/strong> ou un <strong>fromage blanc<\/strong>, dans lequel vous pourrez mettre vos c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et votre fruit coup\u00e9 fa\u00e7on granola \u2013 pour ceux qui aiment les petits d\u00e9jeuners sal\u00e9s, le ski est l\u2019occasion id\u00e9ale de manger <strong>des \u0153ufs<\/strong>, une portion de <strong>fromage<\/strong> ou encore de la <strong>charcuterie maigre<\/strong> (jambon blanc d\u00e9couenn\u00e9, d\u00e9graiss\u00e9 ou viande de grisons)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Une boisson chaude<\/strong> : caf\u00e9, th\u00e9, tisane, l\u2019essentiel \u00e9tant de vous r\u00e9chauffer avant d\u2019affronter le froid mais aussi et surtout de vous hydrater. On l\u2019oublie souvent mais le ski est une source de d\u00e9shydratation importante ; que ce soit en journ\u00e9e en raison de la transpiration dans la combinaison ou la nuit dans des appartements souvent surchauff\u00e9s. Son <strong>pain<\/strong> vous apportera les <strong>glucides complexes<\/strong> n\u00e9cessaires pour recharger les batteries en carburant. Id\u00e9alement, vous y glisserez un peu de <strong>fromage<\/strong>, une source de <strong>charcuterie maigre<\/strong>, un peu de <strong>salade \/ tomate \/ ou autre l\u00e9gume<\/strong> \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt. Pour compl\u00e9ter, <strong>un fruit<\/strong> entier ou sous forme de compote, <strong>quelques fruits secs et surtout pensez \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 bien vous hydrater<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Si toutefois <strong>vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez l\u2019option repas chaud<\/strong> (qui a son avantage on le comprend bien), optez pour le <strong>poisson<\/strong> ou une <strong>viande blanche<\/strong> accompagn\u00e9e de <strong>f\u00e9culents<\/strong> et de <strong>l\u00e9gumes<\/strong>. <strong>Evitez les fritures<\/strong>, peu digestes et riches en acides gras satur\u00e9s. Si vous prenez du <strong>vin<\/strong> ou une <strong>bi\u00e8re<\/strong>, limitez-vous \u00e0 un <strong>verre maximum<\/strong> pour \u00e9viter les accidents.
