locked=&#8221;off&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u2019est-ce que le r\u00e9gime DASH ?<\/h2>\n<p>DASH est l\u2019acronyme de <i>Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension<\/i>, en fran\u00e7ais, <strong>approche nutritionnelle pour stopper l&#8217;hypertension<\/strong>. Comme son nom l&#8217;indique, c\u2019est un r\u00e9gime cr\u00e9\u00e9 vers la fin des ann\u00e9es 1980 aux Etats-Unis, dans le but de stopper l\u2019hypertension et lutter contre les insuffisances cardiaques. C\u2019est donc un r\u00e9gime alimentaire <strong>riche en micro-nutriments, anti-oxydants ainsi qu\u2019en fibres<\/strong>. Le sel y est limit\u00e9 \u00e0 2,3g par jour soit l\u2019\u00e9quivalent d\u2019une \u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 et les mati\u00e8res grasses d\u2019ajout ou constitutionnelles fortement limit\u00e9es. Sont proscrits le sucre, les produits industriels, la charcuterie et la consommation de viande rouge en trop grande quantit\u00e9 (les recommandations actuelles sont de 500g max par semaine).<br \/>C\u00f4t\u00e9 hygi\u00e8ne de vie, <strong>le DASH pr\u00f4ne la pratique d\u2019une activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re<\/strong> (minimum 2h30 d\u2019exercice \u00e0 intensit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e par semaine) et proscrit tabac, s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9 et la consommation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re d\u2019alcool.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=&#8221;Conseil 3&#8243;
