locked=&#8221;off&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Quels r\u00f4les jouent-ils dans l\u2019organisme\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Loin d\u2019\u00eatre superflus, <strong>les lipides sont essentiels \u00e0 notre organisme<\/strong>\u00a0: ce sont par exemple les principaux constituants des <strong>membranes de toutes nos cellules<\/strong> et de <strong>nos hormones sexuelles<\/strong> (\u0153strog\u00e8ne, progest\u00e9rone, testost\u00e9rone,\u00a0\u2026). Ils sont \u00e9galement indispensables au bon fonctionnement de <strong>notre syst\u00e8me nerveux<\/strong> car ils v\u00e9hiculent l\u2019influx nerveux tout le long de nos neurones et sont \u00e9galement vecteurs de certaines vitamines dites liposolubles (litt\u00e9ralement solubles dans le gras) qui ne peuvent donc \u00eatre transport\u00e9es dans notre corps que par les lipides.<br \/>Mais tous les lipides ne jouent pas ces r\u00f4les. <strong>Certains peuvent m\u00eame avoir des impacts n\u00e9fastes sur la sant\u00e9<\/strong>. On les retrouve <strong>principalement dans les graisses d\u2019origine animale<\/strong> (beurre, cr\u00e8me, fromage, viande, etc) et dans <strong>quelques graisses v\u00e9g\u00e9tales<\/strong> (huile de palme, de coco).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Les acides gras insatur\u00e9s<\/strong> : liquides \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante on les retrouve <strong>principalement dans les graisses d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/strong> (huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, graines ol\u00e9agineuses type noix, noisettes amandes, graines de chia, de lin, de chanvre, avocat) et exceptionnellement dans certaines graisses animales\u00a0: les lipides des poissons gras (thon, saumon, maquereau, anchois, hareng, \u2026). Ce sont les <strong>acides gras dits om\u00e9ga 3, 6 ou 9<\/strong> ils sont indispensables \u00e0 notre organisme et doivent donc \u00eatre apport\u00e9s par l\u2019alimentation sous peine de carences.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Les acides gras \u00ab trans \u00bb<\/strong> : ce sont des <strong>graisses obtenues par un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 industriel<\/strong> dans le but de solidifier les mati\u00e8res grasses v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et d\u2019 augmenter leur dur\u00e9e de conservation. Pourquoi\u00a0? Ils contribuent \u00e0 <strong>diminuer le taux de cholest\u00e9rol sanguin<\/strong> et \u00e0 <strong>prot\u00e9ger le c\u0153ur.<\/strong> Plusieurs \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 \u00e9galement que les acides gras insatur\u00e9s stimuleraient les fonctions intellectuelles. Il est important de pr\u00e9ciser que m\u00eame si toutes les graisses insatur\u00e9es sont bonnes pour la sant\u00e9, <strong>les om\u00e9ga-3 sont particuli\u00e8rement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques<\/strong>. Ils favorisent la sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire, sont essentiels au bon fonctionnement du cerveau et poss\u00e8dent une <strong>action anti-inflammatoire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les acides gras satur\u00e9s<\/strong>, quant \u00e0 eux, augmenteraient le taux de cholest\u00e9rol total et les personnes ayant une alimentation riche en graisses satur\u00e9es pr\u00e9senteraient un risque accru de maladies cardiovasculaires et d\u2019accidents vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, <strong>les acides gras trans sont \u00e0 \u00e9viter \u00e0 tout prix<\/strong>.
