Par notre alimentation<\/strong><br \/>Les huiles de poissons, les poissons gras, les \u0153ufs, le beurre, ou encore les produits laitiers en contiennent <em>(par ordre de concentration)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. En nous exposant au moins 30 minutes par jour au soleil<\/strong><br \/>J\u2019en conviens, la p\u00e9riode du confinement n\u2019est pas id\u00e9ale, mais faisons contre mauvaise fortune bon c\u0153ur : si vous avez une fen\u00eatre bien expos\u00e9e, un balcon, une terrasse&#8230; Enfilez un petit d\u00e9bardeur de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 avoir le plus de peau nue possible. Chaussez vos plus belles lunettes de soleil, vous y \u00eates !<\/p>\n<p>Vous sentez ce r\u00e9chauffement si agr\u00e9able et r\u00e9confortant ?<\/p>\n<p>Installez-vous confortablement, pourquoi pas sur un fauteuil avec une bonne musique et un livre ou allong\u00e9 sur le sol, \u00e0 vous de choisir.<\/p>\n<p>Restez au moins 30 minutes dans cette posture et l\u00e0, miracle, <strong>sous l\u2019action des UVB<\/strong>, le cholest\u00e9rol pr\u00e9sent sous votre peau sera transform\u00e9 en <strong>chol\u00e9calcif\u00e9rol<\/strong> qui sera transport\u00e9 jusqu\u2019au foie et aux reins et m\u00e9tabolis\u00e9 en <strong>calcitriol<\/strong>, forme d\u00e9finitive de la vitamine D.<br \/><strong>C\u2019est magique.
