Elle s\u2019accompagne d\u2019une baisse de la production d\u2019\u0153strog\u00e8nes avec pour cons\u00e9quence tout un tas de petits sympt\u00f4mes plus ou moins sympathiques. Cela est d\u00fb \u00e0 un <strong>double ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne<\/strong> : d\u2019une part, l\u2019arr\u00eat de tous les cycles menstruels constitue une d\u00e9pense \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique moindre pour le corps ; d\u2019autre part, avec l\u2019\u00e2ge, la masse musculaire diminue. Or, la masse musculaire est la masse la plus \u00e9nergivore. Le corps a donc <strong>besoin de moins d\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/strong> pour fonctionner. En moyenne, on consid\u00e8re que ce sont environ 200 calories par jour en moins d\u00e9pens\u00e9es soit environ 10% du besoin \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique moyen de la femme.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, le 1er conseil est math\u00e9matique : <strong>r\u00e9duire ses apports<\/strong>. Le corps d\u00e9pense moins donc il doit consommer moins. Pour cela, il faut veiller \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de ses repas : <strong>privil\u00e9gier les fibres et les prot\u00e9ines<\/strong> \u00e0 chaque repas, pour leurs vertus sati\u00e9tog\u00e8nes. Il est m\u00eame recommand\u00e9 de faire de <strong>plus petits repas<\/strong> et de pr\u00e9voir des <strong>collations prot\u00e9in\u00e9es<\/strong> pour se caler (un fromage blanc avec quelques amandes par exemple).<\/p>\n<p>Le 2\u00e8me conseil : bouger plus ! M\u00eame si leur dur\u00e9e exc\u00e8de rarement 5 minutes, elles sont particuli\u00e8rement inconfortables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quelques conseils pour les \u00e9viter :<\/strong><br \/>&#8211; <strong>\u00c9viter les aliments \u00e9pic\u00e9s<\/strong> qui ont tendance \u00e0 augmenter la chaleur corporelle ;<br \/>&#8211; <strong>Limiter les boissons excitantes<\/strong> telles que le caf\u00e9 ou le th\u00e9 (1 tasse par jour maximum) en particulier \u00e0 jeun ou entre les repas pour les m\u00eames raisons ;<br \/>&#8211; <strong>\u00c9viter la prise de sucres simples isol\u00e9e<\/strong>. Une arriv\u00e9e massive de sucres simples provoque une hyperglyc\u00e9mie que le corps va chercher \u00e0 r\u00e9guler en s\u00e9cr\u00e9tant un maximum d\u2019insuline, hormone charg\u00e9e de faire p\u00e9n\u00e9trer le sucre dans le corps. Il en r\u00e9sulte souvent un pic d\u2019hypoglyc\u00e9mie (comme par exemple le petit coup de barre apr\u00e8s une barre chocolat\u00e9o-sucr\u00e9e), une perte de concentration et une bouff\u00e9e de chaleur ;<br \/>&#8211; <strong>Ne pas sauter de repas<\/strong> et <strong>manger \u00e0 heure fixe<\/strong> pour \u00e9viter les hypoglyc\u00e9mies et la bouff\u00e9e de chaleur qui s\u2019en suit.
