locked=&#8221;off&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>All\u00e9ger une recette \u00e0 base de pomme de terre<\/h2>\n<p>Base de toute recette d\u2019hiver digne de ce nom, la pomme de terre est certes, d\u00e9licieuse, mais elle est aussi et SURTOUT c\u2019est un <strong>aliment \u00e0 Index Glyc\u00e9mique \u00e9lev\u00e9*<\/strong>, un <strong>ennemi donc de la perte de poids<\/strong> dans la mesure o\u00f9 elle se dig\u00e8re vite et fait rapidement augmenter le taux de sucre sanguin entrainant une r\u00e9action en chaine qui aboutit \u00e0 un stockage plus important.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque l\u2019on peut donc, <strong>l\u2019id\u00e9al est de la remplacer<\/strong> et l\u00e0, selon la recette, le choix est infini :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour les frites, on peut tout \u00e0 fait proposer des frites de patate douce. C\u2019est le meilleur moyen de se retrouver avec un plat insipide et de se priver d\u2019acides gras indispensables. A la place de la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, on peut <strong>mettre des produits riches en gras et en prot\u00e9ines<\/strong> comme du <strong>fromage blanc<\/strong>, du <strong>skyr<\/strong> ou encore un petit suisse ou de la <strong>ricotta<\/strong>. Les lentilles sont une excellente alternative aux f\u00e9culents traditionnels, riches en fibres et en min\u00e9raux, elles vous calent pour quelques heures; quant au pot au feu, il fait le plein de l\u00e9gumes. <strong>Il vous suffit de changer la viande et d\u2019opter pour des parties moins grasses<\/strong> pour faire baisser le total \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique : pour un pot au feu, privil\u00e9giez les parties maigres du b\u0153uf : macreuse, paleron.
