Ces toutes petites graines sont en effet, une v\u00e9ritable mine \u00e0 nutriments. Elles sont riches en bon gras notamment en omega-3 et omega-6, en prot\u00e9ines, tr\u00e8s riches en fibres, riche en calcium et magn\u00e9sium et renferment beaucoup de polyph\u00e9nols (ex : flavonols), contiennent de la vitamine E.
