L\u2019id\u00e9e est aussi de <strong>limiter un maximum les glucides<\/strong> (sucres, farines, etc\u2026). Chez Eatology, nous avons \u00e9galement \u00e0 coeur de garder un niveau de fibres important afin de favoriser une bonne digestion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voici les aliments \u00e0 \u00e9viter absolument :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tous les sucres et sous toutes ses formes : sucre, miel, sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable, sirop d\u2019agave aucun n\u2019a sa place en di\u00e8te c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne, \u00e9viter les \u00e9dulcorants, mais si vous souhaitez un petit go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9, la Stevia a notre faveur haut la main<\/li>\n<li>toutes les farines m\u00eame les compl\u00e8tes, ce qui implique \u00e9videmment aucun pain ou viennoiserie et aucunes p\u00e2tes communes (nos p\u00e2tes \u00e0 l\u2019edamame servies cette semaine sont tr\u00e8s faibles en glucides)<\/li>\n<li>pas de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, de riz, de graines ou de fruits, ou en quantit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>les f\u00e9culents (pomme de terre, patate douce, rutabaga&#8230;) sont interdits<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019alcool sous toutes ses formes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Les aliments \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les poissons gras (saumon, sardines&#8230;) en plus d&#8217;\u00eatre une tr\u00e8s bonne source de bonnes graisses et d&#8217;om\u00e9ga-3 ils sont aussi d\u2019excellentes sources de prot\u00e9ines de bonne qualit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>les avocats<\/li>\n<li>toutes les noix (amandes, noix, noisettes&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>les huiles surtout celles riches en om\u00e9ga-3. La bonne id\u00e9e : miser sur le trio huile de coco, d\u2019olive et de colza<\/li>\n<li>les oeufs<\/li>\n<li>le fromage<\/li>\n<li>les yaourts gras (yaourt grec) et les yaourts de noix de coco<\/li>\n<li>la cr\u00e8me<\/li>\n<li>le beurre, mais avec mod\u00e9ration car il contient beaucoup d\u2019acides gras satur\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c9videmment, <strong>vous pouvez compl\u00e9ter avec des l\u00e9gumes riches en fibres<\/strong> type \u00e9pinards, courgettes, brocolis, choux&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Et pour <strong>ne pas oublier le plaisir<\/strong> qui nous tient \u00e0 coeur dans nos programmes, vous pouvez prendre du <strong>chocolat noir<\/strong> (au moins 70%), riche en magn\u00e9sium, qui est un anti-stress absolument <strong>c\u00e9to-compatible<\/strong>. Il est aussi une <strong>solution pour faire le plein d\u2019antioxydants<\/strong> protecteurs et pour nourrir sa flore intestinale. L\u2019ensemble repr\u00e9sente <strong>530 calories, 6% de glucides et 67 % de lipides<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Vous pouvez aussi manger de la viande rouge<\/strong> comme de l\u2019entrec\u00f4te, mais en quantit\u00e9 raisonnable (150 grammes).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si vous avez un petit creux<\/strong>, les <strong>noix<\/strong>, le <strong>fromage<\/strong> et m\u00eame la <strong>charcuterie<\/strong> sont possible en r\u00e9gime c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vous pouvez aussi faire des salades<\/strong> avec de la m\u00e2che, de l\u2019avocat, du fromage, des noix et un peu de pomme verte, le tout avec 15 gramme d&#8217;huile d\u2019olive. La fameuse <strong>salade d&#8217;endives noix roquefort<\/strong> est tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser et parfaite en r\u00e9gime c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;important \u00e9tant de limiter les portions<\/strong>, en effet 1g de lipides repr\u00e9sente 9 calories quand 1g de glucides ou de prot\u00e9ines seulement 4 calories.
