Cela vous permettra de ne pas commettre de faux pas et d\u2019atteindre votre objectif.<br \/>En effet les <strong>macronutriments<\/strong> (prot\u00e9ines, lipides et glucides) et <strong>micronutriments<\/strong> (vitamines, min\u00e9raux et oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments) <strong>sont calcul\u00e9s<\/strong> et pr\u00e9vus pour une journ\u00e9e compl\u00e8te de programme.<\/p>\n<p>Selon votre sexe, votre \u00e2ge, votre taille et votre activit\u00e9 physique, vos besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques moyens (BEM) diff\u00e8rent.<br \/>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral <strong>afin de perdre du poids il est n\u00e9cessaire de diminuer ses apports caloriques<\/strong> afin de puiser dans les r\u00e9serves. Ici, afin d\u2019optimiser l\u2019effet recherch\u00e9 (le d\u00e9clenchement de la n\u00e9oglucog\u00e9n\u00e8se et la biosynth\u00e8se de corps c\u00e9toniques) <strong>le programme doit \u00eatre suivi \u00e0 la lettre du petit-d\u00e9jeuner au d\u00eener<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attention cette di\u00e8te n\u2019est pas sans effet sur votre \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 et n\u2019est pas conseill\u00e9e \u00e0 tous<\/strong>. La consultation d\u2019un(e) di\u00e9t\u00e9ticien(ne) sont fortement encourag\u00e9s. N&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 nous demander conseil.<\/p>\n<p>Je vous recommande ce programme sur <strong>une p\u00e9riode de 15 jours maximum<\/strong> et vous invite \u00e0 <strong>boire au moins 2 litres d\u2019eau par jour<\/strong> afin de favoriser l\u2019\u00e9limination des nombreux d\u00e9chets. En effet la teneur en prot\u00e9ines de ce r\u00e9gime est \u00e9lev\u00e9e et les d\u00e9chets azot\u00e9s le sont \u00e9galement.<br \/>Afin de faciliter le travail d\u2019\u00e9limination de vos reins, il faut boire de l\u2019eau r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement tout au long de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Pour une transition plus douce, je vous recommande de commencer par le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatology.fr\/boutique\/meal-plan\/low-carb\/\">programme Low Carb<\/a> (20% de glucides) durant 1 ou 2 semaines, puis de passer ensuite au r\u00e9gime K\u00e9to.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, <strong>pour stabiliser votre poids et reprendre une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, le passage au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatology.fr\/boutique\/meal-plan\/bien-etre\/\">programme Bien-\u00eatre<\/a> est id\u00e9al<\/strong>.
