En journ\u00e9e, le corps s\u00e9cr\u00e8te de la <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ghr\u00e9line\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>ghr\u00e9line<\/strong><\/a> (hormone qui stimule l\u2019app\u00e9tit). Ensuite, la nature du repas joue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9. En effet, un repas trop riche en prot\u00e9ines stimule la vigilance et par cons\u00e9quent retarde le sommeil. Ainsi, opter pour <strong>une alimentation avec des apports en macronutriments adapt\u00e9s facilite le transit et la digestion nocturne.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un bon sommeil est <strong>l\u2019addition de la <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/S\u00e9rotonine\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">s\u00e9rotonine<\/a><\/strong> (un neurotransmetteur) et de la <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/M\u00e9latonine\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>m\u00e9latonine<\/strong><\/a> (hormone du sommeil).
