Le corps en \u00e9tant priv\u00e9 lors de ce programme, compense cela avec les lipides. Ce sont ces derniers qui vont nous donner l\u2019\u00e9nergie pour la journ\u00e9e. C\u2019est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 (au bout de 24h \u00e0 48h) que le corps <strong>rentre en <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/C%C3%A9tose_(affection)\">c\u00e9tose<\/a><\/strong>. Les lipides se transforment alors en <strong>corps c\u00e9toniques<\/strong>, qui donnent de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et qui <strong>substituent ainsi les glucides.<\/strong> L\u2019\u00e9nergie est alors puis\u00e9e dans les lipides se trouvant dans les stocks de graisse. C\u2019est pourquoi, il est n\u00e9cessaire de faire en sorte de<strong> r\u00e9introduire progressivement les glucides<\/strong>. La r\u00e9introduction progressive des glucides, c\u2019est ce qui <strong>permet d\u2019\u00e9viter les effets \u00ab yoyo \u00bb<\/strong>, et ainsi de <strong>conserver les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices<\/strong> acquis et sa nouvelle ligne.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, le K\u00e9to part avec <strong>10% de glucides<\/strong>.
