Pourtant les deux vont de pair. Le meilleur r\u00e9gime est celui qui allie sport et nutrition. <\/p>\n<h2>Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices du sport<\/h2>\n<p>C\u2019est connu, faire de l\u2019exercice r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement permet de faire fondre les graisses et de diminuer les risques d\u2019accident cardio-vasculaire. A partir d\u2019une certaine quantit\u00e9 d\u2019effort par semaine, le sport aide aussi \u00e0 limiter la reprise de poids. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Mais le sport n\u2019est pas le seul responsable de la perte de poids<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>Pour bien comprendre comment l&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique agit sur notre corps, il faut comprendre comment notre corps utilise l\u2019\u00e9nergie qu\u2019il d\u00e9pense. Donc <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atlantico.fr\/decryptage\/1945608\/combien-de-calories-faut-il-bruler-pour-perdre-un-kilo-reginal-allouche\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">les calories qu\u2019il br\u00fble<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Entre 60 et 80% de l\u2019\u00e9nergie que nous d\u00e9pensons au quotidien sert \u00e0 entretenir nos fonctions vitales au repos : respiration, fonctionnement de nos organes, etc. <\/p>\n<p>10% sert \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer les aliments que nous absorbons. <\/p>\n<p>Ce qui laisse seulement 10 \u00e0 30% de l\u2019\u00e9nergie que nous d\u00e9pensons pour l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique. Cette activit\u00e9 comprend marcher, taper sur un clavier, et m\u00eame <a href=\"http:\/\/www.doctissimo.fr\/html\/nutrition\/mag_2000\/mag0825\/nu_2201_sommeil_et_calories.htm\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">dormir<\/a>. Or le sport repr\u00e9sente seulement une partie de notre activit\u00e9 physique quotidienne, donc une petite partie de notre d\u00e9pense d\u2019\u00e9nergie totale. <\/p>\n<p>Pour une perte de poids plus rapide et plus efficace, contr\u00f4ler ce que nous mangeons est donc aussi important voire plus important que de pratiquer une activit\u00e9 sportive r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019un ne va pas sans l\u2019autre. <\/p>\n<h2>Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de la nutrition<\/h2>\n<p>Tous ceux qui pratiquent une activit\u00e9 sportive r\u00e9guli\u00e8re ont remarqu\u00e9 qu&#8217;accro\u00eetre son activit\u00e9 physique incite souvent \u00e0 manger plus. Soit parce que la d\u00e9pense en \u00e9nergie cr\u00e9e un d\u00e9ficit, soit parce que les 45 minutes de cardio nous laissent penser qu\u2019on a bien \u201cm\u00e9rit\u00e9\u201d de se faire plaisir\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Si faire du sport incite \u00e0 manger plus, il convient donc de manger mieux. <\/p>\n<p>Pour cela, il vous faudra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eatology.fr\/manger-sain\/controler-ses-macros-le-secret-dune-bonne-diete\/\">calibrer vos menus<\/a> pour que le nombre de calories que vous absorbez prenne en compte de ce que vous d\u00e9pensez.
