Pour tout aliment que vous ing\u00e9rez, votre corps fera un travail de mise \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature corporelle. Plus la temp\u00e9rature est \u00e9loign\u00e9e de vos 37\u00b0 physiologiques, p<strong>lus le travail sera long et co\u00fbteux en \u00e9nergie<\/strong>. Autrement dit plus <strong>il vous donnera chaud<\/strong> (et au passage vous fatiguera). Si vous voulez vous hydrater efficace donc, mieux vaut <strong>boire une eau \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fra\u00eeche.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>MANGER DES SALADES : DO<\/h2>\n<p>Pour la m\u00eame raison que pour l\u2019eau, <strong>manger une salade est bien mieux que de manger une tartiflette !<\/strong> Mais attention au choix des ingr\u00e9dients et \u00e0 l\u2019assaisonnement. Une bonne salade c\u2019est une salade de crudit\u00e9s avant tout : <strong>riches en eau, <\/strong>elles vous apporteront hydratation<strong>,<\/strong> vitamines et min\u00e9raux. Ajoutez-y une petite<strong> portion de f\u00e9culents <\/strong>(riz, p\u00e2tes ou encore mieux lentilles ou pois chiches pour la sati\u00e9t\u00e9 et les fibres), une source de prot\u00e9ines (id\u00e9alement \u0153ufs, poisson, tofu ou volaille), quelques herbes et le tour est jou\u00e9. Mais des glaces<strong>, il y en a 3 sortes<\/strong> : les sorbets \u00e0 base d\u2019eau, de fruits et de sucres, les glaces, dans lesquelles l\u2019eau est remplac\u00e9e par du lait et la cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e o\u00f9 la cr\u00e8me remplace le lait. Sans vous faire un dessin, vous voyez o\u00f9 on veut en venir : si vous voulez vous rafra\u00eechir tout en vous hydratant, <strong>privil\u00e9giez les sorbets.<\/strong> Mieux encore, <strong>faites les vous-m\u00eames,<\/strong> <strong>vous contr\u00f4lerez ainsi la quantit\u00e9 de sucres<\/strong>. En \u00e9t\u00e9 cependant, on a tendance \u00e0 en manger plein, trop !<br \/>La premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 faire : <strong>choisir ceux les plus riches en eau<\/strong> (cf. News Letter pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente) : past\u00e8que, melon jaune, fraises et agrumes doivent \u00eatre vos premiers choix. A \u00e9viter : cerises, raisins, bananes qui cumulent le plus <strong>haut taux de sucre aux 100g.<\/strong><br \/>Ensuite, attention \u00e0 la quantit\u00e9. Lorsque l\u2019on dit 5 fruits et l\u00e9gumes par jour, en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, id\u00e9alement il faudrait consommer<strong> 3 l\u00e9gumes et 2 fruits maximum<\/strong> par jour. Le mieux\u00a0: <strong>privil\u00e9gier les viandes maigres, les poissons et les \u0153ufs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>SUPPRIMER TOUTES LES MATIERES GRASSES : DON\u2019T<\/h2>\n<p>Pour certain(e)s, l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, c\u2019est la saison id\u00e9ale pour<strong> supprimer toute source de mati\u00e8re grasse.<\/strong> En effet, salade de crudit\u00e9s et poissons maigres, yaourts \u00e0 0% et le tour est jou\u00e9.
