Dans le <strong>vin<\/strong> par exemple, c\u2019est entre 12 et 15\u00b0 ; mais pour les alcools forts, on grimpe \u00e0 40\u00b0 voire plus. Faites le compte\u2026voil\u00e0 pourquoi une chope de bi\u00e8re (250 ml) est l\u2019\u00e9quivalent d\u2019un fond de verre de whisky (30 ml) ! En d\u2019autres termes : <strong>un cocktail \u00e0 base de vodka<\/strong> \u00e0 37,5\u00b0, contenant 1 dose standard de 10 cl, <strong>c\u2019est 231 kcal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>La quantit\u00e9 d&#8217;alcool<\/h2>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le degr\u00e9 intervient la <strong>quantit\u00e9 consomm\u00e9e<\/strong> : l\u00e0 ce n\u2019est pas compliqu\u00e9, comme pour tout le reste, plus vous buvez, plus le compteur grimpe. M\u00eame si vous vous perdez le compte, votre corps lui tient la note. Donc votre cocktail \u00e0 base de vodka, si vous en prenez un 2e, et bien vous \u00eates d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 462 kcal soit un peu plus qu\u2019un<strong> repas Eatology.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Le cas des cocktails<\/h2>\n<p>Et c\u2019est l\u00e0 que tout se complique\u00a0: bien souvent, les cocktails sont \u00e0 base d\u2019alcool fort auxquels on ajoute <strong>soit du sucre pur, soit des boissons sucr\u00e9es<\/strong>. Donc pour comptabiliser les calories de ces boissons il faut calculer les calories apport\u00e9es par chacune d\u2019entre elles.
