Faut-il pour autant bannir compl\u00e8tement l\u2019alcool cet \u00e9t\u00e9 ? On vous donne quelques astuces pour profiter de vos vacances sans (trop) vous priver.<\/p>\n<p>Bi\u00e8re ou vin\u00a0? Il en existe une multitude : de <strong>la simple salade de fruits<\/strong> que vous pouvez assaisonner de cannelle ou de menthe fra\u00eeche, \u00e0 des desserts type <strong>granit\u00e9s \u00e0 base de glace pil\u00e9e et de jus de fruits frais<\/strong> ou encore des <strong>sorbets<\/strong>. Pour vous assurer que l\u2019addition n\u2019est pas trop sucr\u00e9e, rien de mieux que de <strong>les pr\u00e9parer vous-m\u00eames<\/strong>. Choisissez des fruits bien m\u00fbrs, des jus de fruits frais et sans sucres ajout\u00e9s ou encore des \u00e9dulcorants naturels tels que la stevia et le compteur calorique vacillera \u00e0 peine.<\/p>\n<p>Une des recettes favorites de notre di\u00e9t\u00e9ticienne : la <strong>Nice Cream<\/strong>. Rapide, d\u00e9licieuse, rafra\u00eechissante et qui permet de recycler vos bananes en fin de vie !<br \/>Lorsque vos bananes deviennent trop m\u00fbres et que vous sentez que vous n\u2019allez pas les consommer, placez-les au cong\u00e9lateur.<br \/>Une fois congel\u00e9es, d\u00e9coupez-les grossi\u00e8rement, placez-les dans un mixeur avec quelques fruits rouges surgel\u00e9s et quelques graines de chia et mixez le tout. Vous obtiendrez une texture proche d&#8217;une glace tr\u00e8s savoureuse. <strong>Succ\u00e8s garanti aupr\u00e8s des enfants<\/strong>.<br \/>Attention tout de m\u00eame, la banane est tr\u00e8s riche en sucres donc \u00bd banane par personne est largement suffisant.<\/p>\n<p>De m\u00eame, pour <strong>les smoothies<\/strong> : certaines enseignes vous pr\u00e9parent des smoothies en utilisant l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de 5 \u00e0 6 portions de fruit ce qui est important. Veillez donc \u00e0 la taille des gobelets et <strong>si possible faites-les vous-m\u00eame<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>LES DESSERTS A BASE DE PRODUITS LAITIERS\u2026 MAIS PAS N\u2019IMPORTE LESQUELS<\/h2>\n<p>Techniquement, une cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e \u00e0 base de cr\u00e8me et lait est un dessert \u00e0 base de produit laitier. Sauf que sa teneur en sucre et en mati\u00e8re grasse en fait plut\u00f4t un produit sucr\u00e9 \u00e0 consommer occasionnellement. Si l\u2019on a du mal \u00e0 r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la tentation de la petite glace en dessert en bord de mer et que l\u2019on n\u2019est vraiment pas fan des sorbets, <strong>optez pour les glaces au yaourt<\/strong>. Elles sont toujours riches en sucres mais <strong>le yaourt est bien moins calorique<\/strong>. Le mieux l\u00e0 encore est de la pr\u00e9parer vous-m\u00eame, \u00e0 base de yaourt, de fromage blanc ou encore de lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9, mix\u00e9 avec des fruits.<\/p>\n<p>Rien ne vous emp\u00eache d\u2019ailleurs d\u2019ajouter dans votre Nice Cream un peu de yaourt surgel\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>LES DESSERTS MAISON<\/h2>\n<p>Quelle que soit la recette, <strong>un produit fait maison sera toujours moins calorique qu\u2019un produit industriel<\/strong>. Les industriels jouent souvent sur le sel, le sucre et les mati\u00e8res grasses hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9es pour donner volume, texture et go\u00fbt \u00e0 leurs pr\u00e9parations.<\/p>\n<p>Vous adorez le cheesecake : faites-les vous-m\u00eame en utilisant du fromage blanc 0%, un coulis de fruits rouges mix\u00e9s sans sucres ajout\u00e9s et des g\u00e2teux secs. Si c\u2019est le chocolat qui vous tente le plus, faites une fondue de chocolat aux fruits et choisissez du chocolat \u00e0 70%.
