Like many low-carb diets, our Low Carb and Keto (Ketogenic) programs enable quick weight loss, sometimes from the first week. By limiting carb intake, they encourage your body to draw energy from fat stores, supporting your metabolism.
If you’re accustomed to regular consumption of sugary foods, especially quick sugars (high-GI fruits, white flours, breakfast cereals), you might experience some slight fatigue during the first few days due to the lower glucose intake.
You can also choose the Well-Being plan. Like our Low Carb and Keto (Ketogenic) programs, it features controlled calories, but this time it maintains a more balanced ratio of carbs, proteins, and fats.
This balanced diet plan helps you establish healthy eating habits over time, without having to give up on small sweet treats in measured amounts.

How Many Meals and Calories Per Day?
Beyond that, it all depends on the number of calories you need and your lifestyle.
Generally, a woman needs around 1,200 calories per day, or 1,500 if she engages in regular physical activity.
For a man, it’s between 1,500 and 1,800. Those who frequently participate in sports may need to add extra calories to their day.
A good diet starts with a balanced and varied plate.
