About Eatology
Here’s our story

When the co-founders of Eatology set out to lose weight, they realized that regular physical activity alone wouldn’t be enough to reach their target weight.

Their diet was just as crucial as their exercise routine.

By paying close attention to portion sizes and the quality of their food, they began preparing meals with carefully selected ingredients, weighing them, and calculating the macronutrients in each dish.

Their results caught the attention of those who struggled to find the time to prepare meals that matched their nutritional needs. For many, the easy answer was often fast food, ready-made meals, or takeout…

And that’s how the Eatology journey began, first in Asia, and now in Paris.

The Founders

EMILE – The brain behind the operation. He is our nutrition specialist and the mastermind behind the idea of Eatology. His motto: you can’t make an omelette without breaking ten eggs.

RAPHAEL – The legs of the team. He’s known as the king of the grind. It takes a certain level of skill to keep this wonderful machine moving.

The Chefs

RONAN, JORIS, AND MANICKAM, passionate about nutrition, bring their culinary expertise to crafting the healthy menus at Eatology.
They have worked alongside the finest chefs in Paris before joining Eatology.
For them, the key words are freshness, quality, and flavor.

The Nutrition Specialist

EYLUL (Dietitian Nutritionist D.E.) – Eylul decided to channel her passion for people, health, and nutrition into becoming a dietitian. Convinced that nutrition is the first medicine, she was drawn to Eatology’s approach, which values high-quality food as well as respect for the environment and enjoyment of eating. She joined the Eatology team in 2022. Together with her team, she supports you throughout your meal plan to help you achieve your goals, provide advice, and offer guidance. She also shares tips and recipes that you can find on our website.
